Orders will be shipped within 2 business days.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 8.75% is charged for Illinois residents.

Out of Stock

We will notify customers via email if an ordered item is temporarily out of stock.
Items that are in stock will be shipped as usual (see above).
Out of stock items will be shipped at a later date with no additional shipping fee.

Returns

We do not except returns. However, damaged or defective goods can be exchanged. Please call us at 847-869-4901 within 3 business days to exchange a damaged or defective item.

Damage Claims

Please inspect your package upon receipt.
Call 847-869-4901 to report damaged goods within 3 business days.
Damaged goods are eligible for exchange.

NSF Checks

Checks returned for non-sufficient funds will incur a $25 processing fee, plus any banking fees.
